Vegan, GF, Chocolate chips cookies

These cookies are so good and so easy to make, you don't want to pass on them!

Just remember to wait 5 minutes to let them cool down.


For a dozen of BIG cookies you'll need -


1 cup almond flour

1/2 cup coconut sugar

1 cup oats

1 tbsp baking powder

1/4 cup avocado oil

1/4 cup apple sauce

1/4 cup almond milk (unsweetened)

1/4 cup almond slivers

1/4 cup chocolate chips


Just mix all the ingredients together, make 12 big balls out of the dough, put on a pan lined with baking paper, press on the balls to flatten them (don't forget to leave enough space for the cookies to spread).


Bake on 375 deg. F for 10-12 minute. Let the cookies cool down for 5 minutes and enjoy!
