Trail mix cookies

Try these delicious cookies. They're easy to make, GF and dairy free.


What you need -


1 egg

1 cup oats (I use GF oats)

3/4 cup almond flour

1/2 tsp baking powder

1/2 cup chopped nuts or seeds (I put 1/4 almond slivers and 1/4 pecans but you can use sunflower seeds, pumpkin seeds, walnuts - whatever you like)

1/2 cup mixed chocolate chips and dried cranberries (I put 1/4 of each)

1/4 cup maple syrup (or sugar or honey)

1 tbsp vanilla


Mix together all the ingredients, shape as cookies and bake in a preheated oven on 375 deg F for about 12 minutes.
