Healthier chocolate milk

So you feel like something sweet but don’t want to get tempted to that chocolate bar?I have a great recipe for you! It’s a green smoothie in disguise!!Don’t be afraid of the spinach! I promise you- you won’t feel its taste (though I really love spinach…). It’s a very simple and easy recipe, you can make it in 5 minutes…


The taste is very similar to chocolate milk but it’s the healthy version of it.

If you want to make it caffeine free, replace the cacao powder in carob powder.

You can drink it as your morning smoothie or have it as your snack.




The recipe (for one cup) -

1 cup almond milk (unsweetened, plain) 

1 frozen banana

1 tablespoon hemp seeds

1 Tablespoon cacao powder

1 tablespoon almond butter Handful of spinach  Collagen (one measurement spoon) 


Just blend it all together in a blender and serve.




Gluten free, Dairy free, Grain free, vegan, vegetarian.
