Healthier chocolate brownies

This brownies recipe is a healthier version of a classic, it's gluten free and dairy free!


1 stick butter

5 oz dark chocolate

1/4 cup coconut sugar

4 eggs

1 tbsp vanilla extract

1/4 cup almond flour

1/4 cup coconut flour


Preheat oven to 375 deg. Fahrenheit


Melt the chocolate and butter.


Whip the eggs and sugar in a bowl of a stand mixer fitted with the whisk attachment (or using a hand mixer) on high speed until it's frothy and foamy, about 3 minutes.


Add the vanilla, the chocolate and then the flour.

Mix only until all combined.


Spread in a lightly oiled pan (8x8) and bake for about 20 minutes.
