Granola

Granola is delicious, healthy and filling.

I use a gluten free kind but you can use a regular one if you're ok eating gluten.

You can eat it with milk or yogurt (I use almond milk or vegan yogurt).


What you'll need -

3 cups oats

1 cups nuts and seeds (for this one I used pumpkin seeds and almond slivers)

1/4 cup maple syrup

1/4 cup avocado oil

1 tbsp vanilla

1 tbsp cinnamon powder


Mix all the ingredients together and bake on a baking sheet in a preheated oven on 300 deg. F for about 30 min, mixing the granola every 10 minutes so it won't burn.
