Gluten free zucchini pizza

It's an easy and fast recipe. This one was made by my 11 year old (including pictures!)


What you need -


2 grated zucchinis

1 tbsp almond flour

1 eggs

salt and pepper


Mix all the ingredients together and shape as a circle on a pan lined with a baking paper.

Spread some pizza sauce or any tomato sauce you like.

Sprinkle with cheese (regular or vegan) and toppings you like.

Bake in a preheated oven to 350 deg F.

Bake for 20-25 minutes.
