Gluten free Pancakes, 2 ways!

I love having pancakes for breakfast and I love adding some fruit into them.

Here are 2 different recipes for gluten free pancakes.



I made these with blueberries, but you can add a sliced apple or just leave it plain.


1 mashed banana

2 eggs

1/2 tsp baking powder


Mix it together and cook like a pancake.




My 2nd recipe -


1/4 cup almond flour

1 egg

1/2 tsp baking powder

1/8 cup water

1/2 an apple cubed (or swap with blueberries or keep plain)


Mix together and cook like a pancake.
