GF pecan cookies

When I bake, I don’t use butter too often- but it really adds a lot to these cookies!

What you'll need -


2 oz butter

1/4 cup sugar

1 egg

1 cup almond flour

1 tsp baking powder

1 cup oatmeal

1 tsp cinnamon

1/4 cup pecan, chopped

1/4 cup chocolate chips


Preheat oven to 375 deg. F.

Cream the butter with the sugar, then add the egg and then add the rest of the ingredients.

Line a baking tray with a baking paper. Shape the dough as cookies and bake for about 12 minutes or until golden brown.
