Easiest healtheir crepes ever!!!


These are delicious crepes. They're so easy to make and healthy (if you'll skip the Nutella spread) they're dairy free and nut free.


This recipe will make you about 10-12 crepes.




You'll need -


3 eggs

1/2 cup unsweetened almond milk

1/2 cup water

2 tbsp avocado oil

3/4 cup spelt flour


whisk all the ingredient together until nice, smooth and frothy.


Heat a lightly oiled griddle or frying pan over medium high heat. Pour or scoop the batter onto the griddle, using approximately 1/4 cup for each crepe. Tilt the pan with a circular motion so that the batter coats the surface evenly.


Cook the crepe for about 2 minutes, until the bottom is light brown. Loosen with a spatula, turn and cook the other side. Serve hot.
