This is not really a recipe... It's more like an idea for lunch or dinner.
My sushi bow includes -
Bed of lettuce
Sushi rice (you can use brown rice as well)
Edamame
Seaweed snack papers
Avocado
Tofu (which I stir fried a little in 1 tsp sesame oil)
Slices of cucumbers
I sprinkled it all with a little coconut aminos and a few shakes of Eden Shake which is sesame and sea vegetable seasoning - Here's a link to it -
You can add other items like radishes or substitute raw salmon for the tofu (always buy sushi grade fish if you'll eat it raw).
