Breakfast cookies

Yes! cookies for breakfast!

These cookies are full of nutritious ingredients. They're so healthy - you can have them for breakfast or a snack.


What you need -


2 mashed bananas

1 egg

1/2 cup almond flour

1 cup GF oats

1/4 cup hemp seeds

1/4 cup almond slivers

1/4 cup sunflower seeds (or pumpkin seeds)

1 tsp cinnamon

1 tsp baking powder

1/4 cup mini chocolate chips (or 1/8 cup dried cranberries and 1/8 cup mini chocolate chips)


Preheat oven to 375 deg F.

stir in all ingredients together.

Scoop about 2 tbsp of the mix at a time on a pan lined with baking paper and shape like cookies.

Bake for about 12 min.
